Les illustrations sont très bien réalisées et vous pouvez ainsi visualiser le travail de chacun de vos muscles pour chaque asana pratiqué (les asanas sont les poses de yoga). Si vous vous demandez quels muscles travaillent en contraction ou en extension, vous le saurez en lisant ce livre que je vous recommande fortement. Le seul bémol est que c'est un livre en anglais, ce qui le réserve donc plutôt aux anglophiles. Mais même si vous êtes fâché avec la langue de Shakespeare, les très belles illustrations vous parleront d'elles-mêmes.
